How good does this look?! It was that good! Have y’all ever had Salice Salentino? It’s a red from Puglia, in Southern Italy. T and I discovered it recently at Palena (DC peeps- if you have not been there, run, do not walk). It is super yum, and we enjoyed a few glasses of the Apollonio Salice with this meal.

Might I also add that Tom is back at work, frantically typing about god knows what, but secretly, I don’t mind because I’m in total hyena hysterics over Bossypants.
