During a recent, incredibly vivid dream, I concocted a cocktail of coconut milk infused with hot pepper and mixed with vodka; it was called the Lidocaine. Tonight, having opened some coconut milk to make peanut sauce, I decided to make the dream. Nice!
Aperol is a bitter-orange liqueur made by Campari. It's a great addition to any bar, and this Spritz is a classic cocktail.
This is from Bon Appetit's Andrew Knowlton. He calls for apple bourbon if you have or make it. Regular bourbon will definitely suffice, but not the difference in amount of honey used. Medicinal! Yum!
