Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2½ teaspoons preserved lemon, minced
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients and place on a piece of saran wrap. Roll up into a log and place in the fridge. You can make it the night before so the flavors have time to blend even more.

I cannot adequately describe my love for this tart nor am I willing to tell you how many I make and eat during plum season. Suffice it to say that this is a truly outstanding, scrumptious, perfect, should-be-your summer dessert!
