Yummy- chicken with figs, wine and honey. I love chicken paillard- it is such a great way to prepare chicken. Pound chicken breasts to a 1/4” thickness, sprinkle with s & p, heat 1 T EVOO in a skillet over medium heat, and cook 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
