Ok, Yotam, this caramelized fennel was terrific. 2 thumbs up!!! Whoa-nelly.

I liked but did not love the beet salad. All ingredients were amazing but the end-result was a bit too muted. Will see how it melds tonight and reseason tomorrow. Definitely healthy and lovely though!
