Lemon zest is the bomb, not feeling great about my pasta though

People, lemon zest makes everything better. In this pasta dough is the zest of three lemons. Yuuum!Let me tell you though that I am not feeling terribly confident about this pasta. I had to add double the amount of EVOO plus some water to get the dough to come together. Hmm.
