Cheesy mashed potato puffs, tomato sauce for tonight's pasta

While my happy tomato sauce was cooking away on the stove -it had such an incredible aroma!- I also whipped up these mashed potato, bacon and Gruyère puffs. They are the perfect snack! I'll share the recipe for them as well as the one for my tomato sauce later this afternoon. Mmm!
