Compost roast, sidelined by migraine

I detest migraines- do you get them? If not, consider yourself terribly fortunate. This morning, Jack crawled into bed with us just after 4am; he was convinced that a man with a pistol was in his room. So scary. Anyway, I thought it was about 6a but then Tom told me the bad news- not even close. I never really got back to sleep after that as we played musical beds for about 45 minutes and when I finally woke up with Oliver, my temple was sounding a drumbeat on my pillow. No good people, no good. Anyway, it's lunchtime now, and I'm hungry for something along the lines of a compost salad only warmer. May I present my clean-out-the-fridge compost roast. Cauliflower, onions, Brussels sprouts- into a mixing bowl you go to be tossed with olive oil, ginger, garlic, curry powder and mustard seeds. I just slid the veggies into the oven, and already the kitchen smells fragrant. I'll let you know how it goes but so far, things seem promising.
