Ramp pesto pasta, garden salad

Such a yummy Meatless Monday dinner using the ramp pesto I made yesterday. This (not terribly traditional) pasta shape is Molloni, referring to the way they resemble big springs. They hold the pesto perfectly and have a great balance of gumminess and not. Mmm! Also, a true garden salad in that all the greens are, you guessed it, from my garden. Plus apples, goat cheese and lots of fresh pepper. Delish! PS- cake recipe posted under Desserts as French Yogurt Cake....
