Old Bay Crawfish Salad

I was so happy to find one last pound of crawfish tails in the deep freeze tonight. Some kale and celery were hanging out in the fridge, and a salad started to take shape in my mind. Old Bay-Dijon aioli, avocado, scallions too...all went into the mix. And it was a success to be sure. I only wish I'd had time to make some biscuits to go alongside. Soon!

I am truly stumped as to what happened to Malaysian Air Flight 370. This is SUCH a mystery.
