Isn't this the craziest looking cake?!

Psychedelic marbleization! Despite having had to do this in a depressingly hurried fashion, it was great fun to be creating. The lemon cake wasn't as lemony as I'd suspected it would be having the juice and zest of three lemons in it, but it's fresh and real!
