A masterpiece

People, this ravioli is one of the best things I've EVER made or eaten. I was speechless during dinner and almost sucked face with the bowl at the end. Sweet lord was this good. The pasta was the perfect texture, thinness and doneness; the greens stuffing was perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor; the lemon sauce was a fabulous complement to the ravioli. I can't even stand how good that was. Words are escaping me- weird, huh? I think an Italian nonna would have enjoyed this meal.
