Today has been delightfully lazy but concurrently full of good, home-cooked food. We opted away from the FM today as we're leaving town Thursday and instead have committed to working through everything in our fridge and supplementing with the freezer and pantry. T made me a gorgeous mushroom-goat cheese omelet for breakfast, I enjoyed this beautiful compost salad for lunch, and in between, I made a double batch of cherry-cardamom scones.
