Oliver and Em-i-lis make JAM!

I can't tell you how much fun Oliver and I had making this video. In an effort to focus on him and the ingredients, my head appears chopped off most of the time. Alas. Simply relish my voice!

This jam is awesomely good

If you were a reader last year at this time, you'll recall how over-the-moon besotted with the plum-basil jam I was from the day I created it on. My ardor has not waned, and I've been stockpiling Shiro plums like Elaine did with Today sponges. (Seinfeld y'all). Ol and I had a blast putting up a double batch of this beauty today, and I just enjoyed some on toast as a sublime hors d'.

Alrighty roo, thank you to all the readers who wrote with suggestions regarding my Em-i-lis Facebook page name. As it turns out, FB (like Twitter), accepts underscores, so I went with Em_i_lis which is similar to my Twitter handle, @em_i_lis.
