Delish compost salad. Those cute little string beans are from my garden as is all lettuce. The beans are Mardi Gras colors but when you cook them, the purple ones turn green, and the yellow feeds a bit. Fun.
Wow! Finally the rain we’ve been needing, and it’s coming in SUCH a dramatic way. Thunder and lightning to the max- it’s really quite a show. Birthday dog Percy (6 today) and I are snuggling in the couch taking it all in. I love a good storm like this!
