Y’all, I cannot even tell you how insanely good this rhubarb curd is. This is the curd on the shortbread: we now have to chill it slightly and then dust with powdered sugar. I don’t know if I can wait. Fortunately, there is more Tosh. Do y’all watch him? HYSTERICAL!

This brussels sprouts salad was prettier than it was good. I just didn’t love it (although Jack wanted so badly to use the food processor to help me shave them that he tried and loved b. sprouts so it’s all worth it). Tom is such a good steak griller, and those rhubarb curd shortbreads delights are coming along well. Off to watch some Tosh.O while the shortbread dough sits in the fridge but after some belly-ache laughs, I’ll cook it all up and post some pics!
