Canning will have to wait until tomorrow
/Most of the peaches just aren’t quite ripe enough to can them today, so I’ll do them tomorrow. In the meantime, I have some rhubarb and am going to combine it with the couple ripe peaches I do have, throw some blueberries in there and make a galette. Lovely!
