These tarts were superb. Not that we’d know, but no one missed the hibiscus as the strawberry-rhubarb compote I made instead was fabulous. T thought he’d prefer my family pie crust for future renditions of this tart, but I liked the pronounced corn flavor, courtesy of corn meal and corn flour, in these shells. Mamma mia. Both boys just chowed one each for breakfast. Sooo glad we have more.
