Yield: however much you make!
- as much watermelon as you want, cut into large chunks
- best-quality Feta, crumbled/cut into medium chunks
- fresh mint, chopped
- best-quality Balsamic vinegar, preferably aged-Balsamic
Put watermelon and feta in a bowl, top with mint, and drizzle Balsamic over.
