Yield: 1 cocktail
- 2 ounces Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy (aka Apple Jack)
- .75 ounce lemon juice
- .5 ounce grenadine (in a pinch, use maraschino cherry juice)
Mix the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, strain and serve straight up in a coupe or fun cocktail glass.
