Spinach-Feta Salmon Burgers

Summary: So easy, so good, so healthy.

Yield: 4-5 patties


  • 1 pound fresh salmon (I use sockeye or coho), finely diced or ground
  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)- if frozen, thawed and drained; if fresh, steamed, cooled, drained
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • a squeeze of lemon juice


In a large bowl, mix everything together until well combined.

Form into patties and grill or freeze.
