- 1 bunch of asparagus, washed, tough ends snapped or cut off
- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
Preheat your oven to 400⁰ Fahrenheit.
On a rimmed baking sheet, lay out your asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle them with olive oil, squirt some fresh lemon all over and then sprinkle with sea salt (don't be too timid).
Roast in the oven for 6-9 minutes (depending on thickness of asparagus). You want them to retain a crunch but most definitely be cooked!
