Good morning! I just posted last night's soup recipe. It was really delicious. And it led me to wish to share a random tip with you. When you come to the end of a wedge of Pecorino or Parmesan, don't toss the rind! Start a rind container in your fridge (a tupperware into which you toss old cheese rinds) and use the rinds to add depth to soups- just toss them in with the stock. Mmm.
