Y’all, I cannot even tell you how insanely good this rhubarb curd is. This is the curd on the shortbread: we now have to chill it slightly and then dust with powdered sugar. I don’t know if I can wait. Fortunately, there is more Tosh. Do y’all watch him? HYSTERICAL!
