As I have just learned, part of the fun of the food52 contests is that they seek reader input on the recipes being considered for Editor’s Picks. People call dibs on the recipes they’ll make and review. So, tonight I’ll be making “Aioli + potatoes = skordalia” which contains, delightfully, an entire head of roasted garlic. Bene, bene! I’m psyched to try this and think I might serve it alongside grilled steaks or even a steaky white fish grilled with EVOO, salt and lemon.
