In honor of Memorial Day barbequing, I am thinking of making a delicious, spicy BBQ sauce tomorrow to serve on grilled chicken and alongside the yummy baked beans I made yesterday. T and I came across this recipe when we lived in Cambridge, in our first apartment together. I have such fond memories of that little place and our two years there. This sauce always makes me think of those happy times- the spontaneous, youthful joie de vivre we had as fiancés and then newlyweds, our only responsibility coursework. Aah, I can raise a toast to that.
Recipe will be posted in Em-i-lis recipes momentarily. It is best, I think, on grilled chicken. Brush some sauce on the chicken as you place it on the grill; then serve the rest of the sauce alongside at the table.
