Link: Rhubarb fun
My friend, Christine, who is also a major cook, just made this rhubarb recipe and said it was terrif! Instead of cooking the rhubarb on your stovetop, you roast it in the oven. Sounds like the rhubarb doesn’t fall apart as much as it does on the stove, so you end up with a more concentrated, firm, compote of sorts. This hails from Molly Wizenberg’s blog, Orangette, and as you know, I like and trust Molly. And Christine!
