Truly scrumptious! Radish crostini with garlic-anchovy butter and parsley! As I enjoy this and prepare the steaks, I’m sipping/drinking a delightful albariño (a Spanish white from the area in Spain that abuts the border with Portugal) given to us by dear friends, Double G. Thanks y’all!

With the steaks, which will be served atop a fava bean-mint puree and under seared pea tendrils, we’ll enjoy some Cab Franc.
