In the spirit of post-Cinco detox and taking my Compost Salad idea one step further, I offer up my Clean Out Your Body and Fridge Pasta Salad: whole wheat fusilli, fresh English peas, tomatoes, tomatillos, scallions, goat cheese, avocado, a handful of walnuts, a red wine vinaigrette and a light drizzle of walnut oil. I’m going to serve it with a black olive fougasse (artfully shaped Provencal (origin) bread) I picked up today at Whole Foods- Jack loves them, and so do I!
