This wine is sooo good- needs the fat of the steak so a great match. Super woody; you know how some Syrahs and Zins are overly dramatic, like rivers of jam and alcohol running over? This is not! Also, I made grilled mangos- so great. If you have not grilled mangos, please do. 2 minutes=yum. Can serve with vanilla ice cream and amaretto for a sweet dessert (pun intended), a riff on my mom’s mango-vanilla ice cream sundae.
