French Silk pie, NYTimes Talk

I was seized with a mad yen for a French Silk pie this afternoon, so before T and I left for the politico talk (third row seats again! amazing), I made the pie crust. This time I added some cocoa to the dough and sprinkled it with sugar before baking. The all-natural (but still very odd) cool whip is thawing, and after this discussion, I'll make the rest of the filling and indulge.
