Roast chicken, roasted broccoli with marconas and a smoked paprika-sherry vinaigrette, and a delightful new couscous creation of mine (collards, leeks, cinnamon, paprika, Aleppo pepper and white wine) for which I'll post the recipe soon. Isn't the raw broccoli a gorgeous color?
