It's as pretty as a Mardi Gras king cake but a lot better for you. Y'all must know by now how much I enjoy a good tuna-white bean salad. To me, it's healthy comfort food, and I love its ease and consistent goodness. No surprises here. Tonight, rather than simply squeezing lemon over the top -which is delightful- I made a warm lemon oil. This was great both on the salad and the accompanying bread and tomato salad.
I still haven't cut the paper for the Italian flag making. Fudge.
