Tomato terrine, Em-i-lis

As you might realize by now, I love (!) summer tomatoes and eat/use them as much as possible. Yesterday, I came across a recipe for a tomato terrine which appealed to me because a) I love terrines, b) this one calls for a rainbow mix of tomatoes so will be so pretty, and c) it’s another chance to eat tomatoes. I’m going to embark on this later this afternoon and hope it is as good as I’m imagining.And, I, with the unbelievable help of T, will be relaunching Em-i-lis on Saturday morning, so stay tuned.
