Now, this terrine is coming along so well, and it’s lovely. I just layered the tomato “petals” into the pan and put it in the fridge to chill. Then I reviewed the recipe to find that you must chill the terrine at least 6 hours. Are you kidding? We could eat it at midnight. Damn, y’all. Why don’t I ever read the entirety of a recipe? Aargh. So, this will be for dinner tomorrow night. Sigh.
