This afternoon I spent making pastie crust dough, a tart shell and leek confit. Before moving on to the collard greens, I braked for a quick veggie lunch of lemon-roasted carrots, avocado, tomato, chopped/roasted beets, kalamata hummus and young chevre. No dressing or sauces need! Delicious. I bought some shrimp yesterday so am now obligated to do something with them this evening- ooh, just remembered I bought a deveining tool. Will let you know if it works!
