Savory pluot jam

This afternoon, my dear husband came home early to take Jack to Tae Kwon Do, and Ol and I stayed here and made up a jam with all remaining pluots we had hanging around. I wanted to take it in the savory spread direction, and as I love strawberry-black pepper thought I'd start with that idea as my foundation. In addition to some cracked pepper, I added a bit of cinnamon and a splash of almond extract. Oliver declared it delicious, both on and off of shaved pecorino (and I can't wait to try it on Port Salut!). It's also quite pretty, yes? If you're interested, I can post the recipe.
