Pistachio-cardamom cake with rosewater buttercream

Y'all, isn't this a beautiful cake?! I am so pleased. And in whipping the egg whites and sugar to get the frosting started, I was struck by how iridescent and gorgeous they looked as they came together.

I LOVE to cook! What a fun morning.

And now I am off to help assemble GrowLabs at Oliver's school. Will do the other cake later and share pics then too.
