This pasta was a bit of a "by the seat of my pants" meal as the mascarpone I thought I had was starting to look psychedelic and thus flew into the trash. What would creme fraiche be like? Terrific, as it turns out. There's some spinach, green radicchio from the yard, lemon zest, lemon juice, parm, garlic, EVOO and some sun-dried tomatoes. A little of this, a little of that. And then the pie. It hadn't set yet hence it's runny appearance but it sure was good and will be great for breakfast.
