YUM! Ok, I just made this up, and I gotta say that it is terrific. I wanted to use these greens, thought a little side for our gumbo would be nice and decided to stick with the Southern theme. So, braised greens stirred with a remoulade aioli served atop toasted baguette and topped with crumbled bacon. Fab! Off to post the recipe if you are inspired.
