Y'all, my friend Suzanne has a really fun thing going on on her blog, apuginthekitchen (look in my blogroll). She asks her readers to submit a favorite recipe and then enters them all into a randomizer and cooks whatever pops out. She has been enjoying some pretty fabulous stuff as of late and last week, my Farro with Beets, Feta and Pecans popped out of her hat.
