Y'all, I am not going to lie. That was an awesome dinner. T came in at the tail end: no salad or pea tendrils left, and honestly, just the (very large) thigh off that bird. I had a hearty workout today and think I was hungrier than I realized. Or I enjoyed a mite bit too much rosé first. Heh. In any case, everything was beyond good, including this salad. The peaches were a lovely addition, and to complement them and the goat cheese, I made an agrodolce vinaigrette (some fancy late-harvest Sauv Blanc vinegar I ordered from Kaufmann Merc and LOVE). Perfect!
