Peeps, I thought I was losing steam about eating out tonight, but then I looked at Graffiato's menu. Mary, mother of god. Seasonal champagnes!? Prosecco on tap?! Corn agnolotti with chanterelles and pine nuts?! Fresh fennel with stone fruit, hazelnuts and moscato?! It goes on and on. I might fast for the rest of the day so I can order more than a few dishes. Ok, I might now be inspired enough to start in on the fresh ricotta. Just four ingredients, some cheesecloth and heat. How bad can it be?!
