Fresh, whole-wheat bread

I love the idea of kneading dough, letting it rise and then having the smell of fresh bread waft through my house. I am now, however, well-practiced in the art of bread-making. Nonetheless, I have just put a loaf of whole-wheat honey-molasses bread in the warm oven to rise, and we'll bake it after we get home from picking Jack up from school. I'll keep you posted!
