This morning I was struck with a yen for poached figs to enjoy atop my fresh ricotta. So, I made my coriander sugar figs added some Asian pear wedges to the mix, and the dish did not disappoint! Just look at this poaching liquid turned syrup! YUM! Both recipes are already posted.
