Fab Friday dinner, peach/blueberry galette in the oven

Ooh, y'all, what a good dinner. To jump into my new Nancy Silverton cookbook, I made her beets with horseradish vinaigrette. RIDICULOUSLY good. These will be a recurring element in my meals. The sweet potatoes loved the sprinkle of cloves I dusted upon them, and grilled bread + ricotta + honey + fresh pepper? I could cry! In the oven now is a very rustic galette full of peaches, brandied peaches and blueberries. Mmm...
