I'm so glad he's getting this message at school too! In an attempt to clean out my fridge, enjoy a hearty and warm lunch and eat my rainbow, I made chard and quinoa with preserved lemon, pomegranate seeds, feta and some other goodies. I felt fortunate this morning that Oliver was as tired as I, so I spent a full 1.5 hours on the couch while we read, played doctor and other assorted couch-based activities. Whew.
