Easy, yummy, satisfying lunch

I was hungry for something healthy like a salad but heartier than my usual one so I opted for the always good, always easy tuna-white bean combo. Open a can of good-quality white beans, drain and dump into a bowl. Open a can of good-quality oil-packed tuna, drain and dump into the bowl with the beans. Thinly slice some red onion, sweet onion like Vidalia, or shallot and add to the bowl. Grind pepper and sprinkle salt over, stir, squeeze a wedge of lemon over, stir. Voila!During the summertime, I like tomatoes with this salad so put the rest of this German slicer in too. Deeee-licious! Omega-3s! Fiber!
