Here's what I want you to do! In a food processor, throw 1/2 onion, 1-2 T slivered, fresh ginger, a bit of brown sugar and a dash of coriander. Puree until you've got a chunky result. Heat a grill. While it heats, take 1/4 of the marinade and put into a large ziploc with two chicken breasts. Marinate and mash all together for a bit. Then, remove the chicken, season well with salt and pepper (and Szechuan pepper if you have some), and then cake the rest of the onion mixture on top. Grill until cooked and serve with Spiced Plum and Port Jam. Marvelous!
