Literally, tonight. I opted to make charbroiled shrimp in a ludicrously garlic-heavy butter sauce, the attendant and totally necessary crusty baguette, and some vaguely creamed greens to go alongside. Everything is fragrant with lemon, garlic and butter, seasoned with salt, cayenne and black pepper, and will head, steaming and inviting, to our table very soon. Pics to follow! YUM!
